How do I create my Inspire Wallet account?

Download the app or open the website, tap Create Account, and complete the registration form with your email, mobile number, and password. Once your email is verified, you can continue with identity checks and wallet setup.

What do I need to complete account verification?

Most users need a government-issued ID, a clear selfie, and accurate personal details that match their documents. Keep your phone nearby as you may also be asked to confirm an OTP during the process.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in screen, enter your registered email address, and follow the secure reset link sent to your inbox. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support before attempting more sign-ins.

Can I use the same email or phone number for multiple accounts?

No. Each Inspire Wallet profile should use a unique email address and phone number so we can protect your account, send alerts reliably, and verify ownership when you need support.
