How do I create or request a card?

Go to the cards section, choose the card type you need, and follow the setup or request steps shown in the app. Some card options may require a verified account or enough balance before they can be issued.

Why did my top-up fail?

Top-ups can fail because of insufficient source funds, network interruptions, issuer restrictions, or an expired funding card. Review the error message, confirm the payment source is active, and try again only after the previous attempt is clearly marked failed.

Can I freeze or unfreeze my card?

If card controls are available on your account, open the card details screen and use the freeze option to block new spending temporarily. You can unfreeze it later when you are ready to use the card again.

Where can I view my card spending limits?

Card limits are usually shown inside the card management screen or during top-up and payment review. If you need a higher limit, check whether additional verification steps are required on your account.
